From the day your order arrives, you have 90 full days to request a return.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these items.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange a product is to request a return for the item you have. Once it’s accepted, you can place a new order for the product you’d like instead.
Return to Sender
If your order is returned to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery, a store credit will be issued for the total order amount.
Delivery Liability
Once the tracking shows a package as delivered, Bloom Balance is not responsible for theft or loss. If your package goes missing after delivery, we recommend contacting your local authorities as package theft is a federal offense. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly so they can ship out without delay. For this reason, cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been processed by our fulfillment team.
- If your order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled.
- You may still request a refund by returning the item once it arrives.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
